Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter - Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Government Jobs. This role involves responsible, skilled work in the construction, maintenance, and repair of interiors and exteriors of buildings, furniture, equipment, and other wooden structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform skilled work in the construction, maintenance, and repair of wooden structures, including buildings, furniture, and equipment.
  • Install and set up Modular Classroom Trailers and associated work.
  • Work under general supervision and coordinate with others as necessary.
  • Receive daily work orders from team leaders or supervisors.
Requirements

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in carpentry and maintenance. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary for this role is $39,951.00 - $61,862.00 annually, and the contracted salary depends on experience.
