- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide education to patients and their families on healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in family medicine and primary care.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Idaho.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Primary Care.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
