Job Overview

The Delta Hotels Celebration Orlando is seeking a Head Culinary Supervisor. This pivotal role involves managing kitchen operations and leading a team of culinary professionals. The Head Culinary Supervisor collaborates closely with restaurant management and front-of-house personnel to ensure seamless restaurant functionality and consistent food quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring that all ingredients and final dishes meet freshness standards while adhering to established recipes.
  • Design and innovate menu offerings, test new recipes, and propose exciting additions to the menu.
  • Manage procurement of food supplies and kitchen equipment, while maintaining accurate inventory records.
