Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

• Verify and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP principles.
• Assist with tax audits and prepare financial statements and budget according to schedule.
• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Liaise with our Financial Manager and Accounting Manager to improve financial procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
