Cashier - Suites

We are seeking a skilled Suites Cashier to join our team at Camp Randall Stadium. As a Suites Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our suite holders, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Process suite holder orders and close orders at the end of service
- Perform general food service work, including maintaining sanitation standards in the preparation, service, and dining room facilities
- Complete steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction
- Understand and describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation, and pricing
- Establish rapport with guests/members and exceed their expectations
- Maintain service areas and employ good safety and sanitation practices
- Follow cash handling and tip reporting guidelines and adhere to Levy Company guidelines
- Accurately use the POS system and thoroughly complete all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
- Communicate guest issues to management and follow responsible alcohol service policies
- Practice proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements
- Able to communicate effectively with managers, guests, and teammates
- Experience with a Point of Sales system
- Ability to walk and stand during entire shift
- Lifts and transports up to 30 lbs
- Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends, and cleans to maintain service area
- English reading, writing, and math skills required
