Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in the Healthcare Systems & Services industry.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing CT diagnostic imaging procedures on patients of all ages to assist in diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Locate and record internal body elements, identifying any anomalies indicative of disease or injury.
  • Adjust equipment and calm patients to eliminate test artifacts.
  • Monitor patients for physical and emotional changes.
  • Evaluate test results for clarity and accuracy.
  • Review tests with peers and physicians.
  • Inform physicians of preliminary findings.
  • Distribute completed test results.
  • Prepare diagnostic information for physician interpretation.
  • Maintain patient charts and update file systems.
  • Clean and sterilize equipment and workspace.
  • Recognize equipment malfunctions and adjust or refer for repair.
  • Instruct patients in pretest preparation and answer questions.
  • Maintain equipment according to Infection Control procedures.
  • Maintain technical competency through continued education and participation in Siemens training programs.
  • Administer contrast agents under the guidance of a site Radiologist.
  • Maintain current Permits to Practice in all states where services are performed.
  • Perform equipment quality checks and troubleshoot problems.
  • Follow quality assurance guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Clinical Radiographer background with a minimum of 2 years CT clinical experience required.
  • License/Certification: Valid ARRT license, registered in CT.
  • Preferred Qualifications: VIA experience, strong communication skills, ability to interact with client personnel and team members in an autonomous, responsible, professional, and ethical manner.
