  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in cost accounting or a related field within a manufacturing setting
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Access, Excel, and Word
  • Familiarity with US GAAP
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in consumption and inventory management
  • Robust project management skills
  • A collaborative approach to working across various departments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and compile data related to inventory activities
  • Investigate and evaluate consumption rates and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
  • Gather and prepare operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Examine labor variances and indirect labor utilization
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly forecasts
  • Contribute to projects within Operations & Manufacturing
  • Support annual physical inventory processes
  • Assist with operational planning and analysis of output
  • Conduct sales and shipping evaluations
  • Prepare detailed periodic and ad-hoc reporting
  • Perform analyses on overhead absorption and standard cost rollups
  • Review slow-moving and obsolete inventory items
  • Analyze intercompany material transfers
  • Support month-end closing and report generation
  • Monitor changes in processes and evaluate their impact on overall costs
