2D Pipe Checker Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled 2D Pipe Checker to join our team in Marinette, WI. This role is 100% on-site, and relocation assistance is available. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm.

• 
  
  
• Checking diagrams and designs in 2D AutoCAD
  
  
• Viewing SPECs in 2D AutoCAD and ensuring compliance with NAVSEA standards and customer requirements
  
  
• Utilizing ShipConstructor or Navis software for efficient workflow
  
  
• Reviewing 2D drawings for completeness, design accuracy, operational integrity, conformance, specifications, and industry standards
  
  
• Creating 2D models of maritime piping systems from scratch using CAD software
  
  
• Collaborating with experts in the maritime industry, including military ships, submersibles, and commercial vessels
  
  

Requirements:

• 
  
  
• 5-10 years of experience in 2D checking
  
  
• Proficient working in AutoCAD - 2D, 3D design
  
  
• Maritime industry experience: military ships, submersibles, or commercial ships
