Job Summary

We are looking for experienced box truck drivers to join our team. As a box truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting products, goods, and materials between distribution facilities and route drivers.

  • Transport products, goods, and materials between distribution facilities and route drivers
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining excellent communication with company and customer personnel
  • Perform daily inspections of the delivery vehicle, including checking all fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall roadworthiness to ensure compliance with DOT requirements
  • Load and unload cargo, ensuring that all items are handled with care
Requirements

To be successful as a box truck driver, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Have experience driving a box truck or similar vehicle
  • Be in good physical condition, capable of lifting over 60 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing steps and ladders, and performing tasks that require bending, stooping, and carrying products up steps and down ramps
  • Have knowledge of Columbus, OH, and surrounding areas
  • possess strong organizational and time management skills
