Job Summary

As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician at DynaFire Inc, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of fire sprinkler systems. This includes performing service calls, troubleshooting, and maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize performance. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert solutions to meet their fire protection requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform service calls, including troubleshooting and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems
• Install and service fire sprinkler systems to meet the highest quality standards
• Respond to client service-related issues effectively and promptly
• Build and maintain good working relationships with clients and AHJs
• Interpret shop and contract drawings to understand scope of work
• Communicate with clients to ensure timely completion of projects
• Train clients on proper use of equipment installed
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations, including NFPA 13, 14, 20, 24, and 25

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in fire sprinkler service
• FASA certification
• NICET Level I or equivalent in water-based systems within 24 months from date of hire
• Proficient in office hardware and software tools used by DynaFire
• Fluent in back-flow, wet system, dry system, fire pump, fire pump controller, and alarm device terminology

Training and Certification

• Participate in training classes to grow professionally and increase knowledge of the industry
