Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Software Development Team Member at Maania Consultancy Services, you will be responsible for working on software development projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving the software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and procedures.

Requirements:
TS-SCI clearance is required for this position. You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Additionally, you should have a general understanding of popular backend and frontend technologies, as well as experience working on software development teams or in enterprise architecture organizations. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, Cloud environments (particularly AWS), Confluence, Jira, and the Microsoft 365 (M365) suite is also required.
