Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Behavior Analyst to develop and supervise individualized ABA programs, perform assessments, and provide training and mentorship to a team of registered behavior technicians.

The ideal candidate will be licensed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and share a commitment to holistic, compassionate care while collaborating with families and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and supervise individualized ABA programs for clients in various settings, including homes, clinics, and community environments.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Mentor and support a team of registered behavior technicians to ensure high-quality services.
  • Provide regular training and education to parents and caregivers to enhance generalization of skills.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to optimize treatment plans and support.

Requirements:

  • Licensure as a BCBA certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
