About the Role

We're seeking a warm and welcoming Host to join our team at Mathis Chili's. As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome to every guest, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage the wait list efficiently, keeping guests informed of wait times.
  • Communicate guest concerns to the Manager when necessary.
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Assist fellow team members as needed, providing support in a fast-paced environment.
About You

We're looking for someone with a friendly, warm, and caring attitude who can thrive in a high-volume environment. You should be able to work in a standing position for long periods and safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary.
