Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Instrumentation Technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs, including the use of personal protective equipment and safe work practices.
- Identify and address complex instrumentation and control issues, working with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation and control systems.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electronics, instrumentation, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in process control, instrumentation, and electronic equipment maintenance.
- Thorough knowledge of electronic theory, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
