Responsibilities and QualificationsAs a Nursing Professional at Corewell Health, your primary focus will be on providing high-quality patient care under the guidance of experienced Nurse Leaders. Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Cultivating strong relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote coordinated care.
- Embracing evidence-based practices and staying up-to-date with industry developments to enhance clinical expertise.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in nursing from an accredited institution (Associate's or Bachelor's level). Graduates from non-accredited programs may require additional experience or certifications.
- Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Michigan.
- Possession of relevant certifications, such as Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), depending on the specific unit.
