We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Sodexo, a leading provider of food and nutrition services. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and education in diabetes management.
Key Responsibilities- Empower clients to achieve life-changing goals by providing individualized education and evidence-based nutrition care in the specialized area of diabetes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to recommend, implement, and monitor nutrition interventions with overall improvement in clinical outcomes.
- Provide insulin pump and glucose monitor training to patients, ensuring safe and effective management of their condition.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and regulatory compliance within the department, driving excellence in patient care.
- Work towards obtaining CDCES certification, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Registered Dietitian licensed in Pennsylvania.
- Experience in education on diabetes management, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate clients and interdisciplinary team members.
- A commitment to continued education in the nutrition field and implementation of new and innovative ideas.
