About the Role

As a Housekeeper at Noble Health Care Center, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our residents' rooms and common areas. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $35,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Dusting and cleaning resident rooms, living areas, furniture, fixtures, vents, lavatories, and basins on a scheduled basis.
  • Dust-mopping, wet-mopping, or spot-mopping floors using appropriate concentrated cleaning chemicals as needed.
  • Stripping, sealing, waxing, and buffing floors when necessary.
  • Vacuuming, extracting, and shampooing carpets as required.
  • Washing and drying windows using proper cleaning chemicals and techniques.
  • Emptying trash containers, replacing liners, and disposing of waste in designated receptacles.
  • Removing and disposing of spoiled linens in the laundry area.
  • Replacing linens and making residents' beds according to schedule.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping operations (preferable).
  • Knowledge of floor-care equipment and its safe operation.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the public.
  • Able to maintain regular, predictable attendance.
