About the Role:

We are looking for a board-certified Pediatric Neonatologist to provide high-quality patient care in our NICU, labor and delivery, and postpartum units. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a large range of services, including a Small Baby Unit, whole body cooling, high frequency ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, and ROP laser surgery.

About Our Team:

Our department consists of 16 neonatologists, 8 well baby pediatricians, and 1 hybrid pediatrician. We have a full complement of pediatric subspecialists on site, as well as a full complement of pediatric surgeons. Our 15-week rotating schedule has several weeks off built into it to allow for an excellent work-life balance.

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA
  • Completion of an accredited fellowship program in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
  • Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine or eligible for board certification and expected to be certified within 3 years of hire.
  • Active unrestricted California Medical License
  • Physician empanelment in CCS (California Children's Services) as a neonatologist
  • Neonatal resuscitation program certification
