About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dairy Clerk to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a Dairy Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our dairy and frozen cases are always stocked and clean, and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock and Face Cases: Ensure that all dairy and frozen products are properly stocked, faced, and organized to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize all dairy and frozen cases, as well as the surrounding areas, to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers.
  • Rotate and Discard Products: Rotate all dairy products to ensure that older items are sold before they expire, and discard any expired or spoiled products.
  • Assist Customers: Respond to customer inquiries, assist with purchases, and provide product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Receive and Inspect Products: Receive and inspect all dairy and frozen products for accuracy, temperature, and quality.
  • Monitor Point of Purchase Signs: Ensure that all point of purchase signs are accurate and up-to-date, and that customers have access to recipe cards, product coupons, and promotional materials.
Requirements
  • Age: Be at least 16 years old.
  • Dependability: Be dependable and reliable, with the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Have good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods, and walk up to 5 miles in an 8-hour shift.
