Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures using various types of equipment, including ultrasound machines and Doppler devices.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and position them correctly for optimal imaging.
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images and videos for diagnostic purposes.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures, including images, videos, and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound technology and techniques through ongoing education and training.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist in a healthcare setting.
  • ARDMS certification and BLS certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of ultrasound principles, equipment, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
