Job Overview:

We are seeking a proficient CNC Operator to become a vital part of our team in a climate-controlled environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in machine setups, changeovers, and interpreting technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to manufacture precision components.
  • Efficiently perform setups and changeovers to minimize downtime.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Apply shop mathematics to calculate dimensions, tolerances, and machine adjustments.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machinery to ensure peak performance.
  • Inspect finished products to verify compliance with quality and accuracy standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a CNC Operator.
  • Proficient in operating CNC mills, lathes, and grinders.
  • Experience with setups and changeovers on various CNC machines.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong understanding of shop mathematics, including calculations for dimensions and tolerances.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
