Visual Merchandiser Job Description

The Armstrong Garden Centers team is looking for a skilled Visual Merchandiser to create visually appealing displays that drive customer engagement and sales growth. As a key member of our Visual Merchandising Department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing display plans that meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement display plans that meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with store staff to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising strategies
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform display decisions and improve overall shopping experience
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance and adhere to company brand guidelines
  • Source high-quality display materials from suppliers and vendors
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth through effective visual display
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
