Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team in an outpatient setting. This role will involve working closely with patients and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

About the Role

As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating medical imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining accurate records of patient information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate various types of medical imaging equipment, including X-ray, MRI, and ultrasound machines
  • Prepare patients for exams, explaining procedures and answering questions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including exam results and correspondence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • Experience working in a medical imaging environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits
