- Oversee medical chart documentation using eClinical Works EMR.
- Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Perform front desk responsibilities with professionalism.
- Execute daily opening and closing tasks in the back office.
- Demonstrate strong phone communication skills.
- Assist in patient rooming and preparation.
- Conduct basic in-office laboratory tests.
- Administer vaccines as required.
- Handle triage phone calls effectively.
- Availability for some Saturday shifts is necessary.
We are looking for candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating keen attention to detail while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Bilingual candidates are preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Assistant is advantageous but not essential. Candidates should possess a Medical Assistant Diploma.
