Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with a high volume of patients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
  • Oversee medical chart documentation using eClinical Works EMR.
  • Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Perform front desk responsibilities with professionalism.
  • Execute daily opening and closing tasks in the back office.
  • Demonstrate strong phone communication skills.
  • Assist in patient rooming and preparation.
  • Conduct basic in-office laboratory tests.
  • Administer vaccines as required.
  • Handle triage phone calls effectively.
  • Availability for some Saturday shifts is necessary.

We are looking for candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating keen attention to detail while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:

Bilingual candidates are preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Assistant is advantageous but not essential. Candidates should possess a Medical Assistant Diploma.
