The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support. As a RN, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and monitor patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Texas State RN License.
- One year of experience in nursing, with critical care or acute care experience preferred.
- CPR (American Heart Association) certification and ACLS within six months of hire/transfer date.
- PALS and TNCC certification within 18 months of hire/transfer date.
- NIHSS certification within 90 days of hire/transfer date.
