About the Job:
Our Certified Clinical Associate will be responsible for:
* Preparing patients for exams and procedures
* Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
* Performing administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing medical records
* Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
* Assisting healthcare professionals with patient care and treatment plans

Key Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting; certified medical assistant (CMA) certification desired
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
