Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for delivering raw materials, supplies, and finished products among our manufacturing facilities and distribution sites. This role will also involve working within the warehouse/production/manufacturing facility and handling, receiving, and storing raw materials and finished goods. Key Responsibilities:

* Moving trailers between the yard and the loading dock
* Moving and placing trailer stands
* Securing and inspecting loads
* Vehicle pre and post-use inspections
* Maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas

Additional Responsibilities:

* Reporting food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance to plant or division personnel with authority to initiate action
* Performing other duties as requested by management
* Following all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures

Total Rewards:

* Pay starting at $29.52 per hour
* The employee will move to a higher rate of $31.00 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary
* Benefits eligible day one
* Benefits, subject to eligibility, and collective bargaining agreements (where applicable): Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement

Requirements:

* High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
* Lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs
* 1 Year of CDL Class A Experience
* Clean Driving Record
