We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU Step-Down team at INTEGRIS Health Grove Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and Diagnose Patient Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of patients and their families to identify their unique needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Implement Medical Plans of Care: Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures as necessary for the care of patients.
- Evaluate Patient Responses: Continuously evaluate patient responses to care and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document Patient Care: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care provided to ensure seamless communication among the healthcare team.
- Supervise and Coordinate Care: Supervise and coordinate the delegation and implementation of patient care to licensed and non-licensed personnel for their assigned shift/area.
- Current Licensure: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
- BLS Certification: Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire.
- Effective Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written).
- Additional Certifications: Individual nursing units may require additional certifications for unit specialty.
