Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Big Night Entertainment Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our venue, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operations during scheduled shifts, including daily decision-making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
  • Directly support the General Manager, acting in their absence when needed, and maintain an accurate and up-to-date manpower plan of FOH staffing needs.
  • Identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs, develop and implement plans to address opportunities, and exhibit high performance standards.
  • Perform night check-outs and audits, investigate and resolve service/food quality concerns, and maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment.
  • Supervise and develop FOH hourly employees through orientations, ongoing feedback, establishment of performance expectations, and regular performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' upper-level management experience in a full food and beverage, high-volume upscale, and/or club environment.
  • Ability to pass Big Night Entertainment Group's requirements in regards to legal background checks.
  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • TIPS or other recognized Alcohol Certification a plus and will be required if chosen for the position.
  • Exemplary customer service skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to work well with people internally and externally at all levels.
