Tigg's Canteen Services is in search of a dedicated Part-Time or Full-Time Head Chef for a correctional facility in Midland County.

Key Qualifications:

• Ability to excel in a structured correctional environment.
• Proficient in reading and executing company recipes.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in leading, instructing, and assisting with meal preparations, including food prep, baking, cooking, and cleaning.

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.
• Flexibility to work various shifts - days and hours (between 9:00am - 5:30pm).
• Clearance approval for facility access.

Prior experience in food service or kitchen operations is advantageous, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
