About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team at First Student. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, ensuring their well-being and safety throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a school bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
  • Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Use our industry-leading technology to navigate daily routes and ensure timely arrivals.
Requirements
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and physical.
