Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Customer Service Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting customers with their insurance needs, processing policy changes and updates, and handling incoming calls and emails from customers regarding policy inquiries and claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their insurance needs by providing accurate and timely information;
- Process policy changes and updates in the system;
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding policy inquiries and claims;
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed;
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving problems in a professional and efficient manner;
- Stay up-to-date with insurance products and industry trends to effectively assist customers;
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines;
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company;
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities;

Requirements:
