Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-term business strategies and operational plans to drive growth and improvement
  • Lead and manage the design, structure, development, and planning of strategic initiatives
  • Ensure quality, service, and regulatory compliance across areas of responsibility
  • Manage the annual planning process and provide high-level strategy monitoring, project, and portfolio management
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to understand challenges, formulate creative options, and implement measurable solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of strategic planning, consulting, and/or business development experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience
  • Experience working in a high-performing culture and matrix structure
  • Experience working with leadership in large, complex not-for-profit healthcare organizations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in a related field
  • Experience leading and implementing joint ventures, alliances, partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively
