- Read and interpret work orders to efficiently complete repairs.
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in the training and development of junior technicians.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in auto body repair and restoration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a standard 40-hour workweek. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional flexibility to accommodate business needs.
