Key Responsibilities:

As a ToGo Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Duties:

  • Welcoming and greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Answering questions about our menu and services
  • Preparing final bills, presenting checks to guests, and processing payments
  • Performing side work as required by management
  • Monitoring guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction
  • Responding promptly to requests and communicating guest feedback to managers
  • Helping maintain restaurant cleanliness
  • Following the closing checklist to close the restaurant properly

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous restaurant experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires constant standing, occasional stooping, and occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds.
