Position Summary:
The Performance Analyst plays a crucial role in assessing and interpreting a varied portfolio of client performance through the application of multiple performance and analytical tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate, validate, and reconcile performance returns utilizing custodial data feeds and statements.
- Identify and resolve issues in collaboration with money managers and custodians.
- Design and implement proactive client reporting frameworks.
- Gather portfolio characteristics for a range of investments from external sources.
- Collaborate with Investment Operations colleagues to ensure accurate data for various client-related tasks.
- Address client inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Assist Investment Consultants with various ad-hoc projects.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Finance or Economics.
- Candidates pursuing CIPM or CFA designations are advantageous.
- Internship experience or up to three years in Investment Consulting or the Financial Industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate Excel skills are essential.
- Experience with CRM systems, Advent Black Diamond, Adobe, and custodial portals is a plus.
- Fundamental understanding of capital markets, including domestic and international equity, fixed income, and alternative investments.
- A diligent professional with a collaborative mindset and a desire to work within a team setting.

Work Environment & Travel:
- This position may require up to 5% travel for training or business events.
- The role supports a hybrid work model, with three days in a professional office and two days working remotely.
Physical Job Expectations:

- Ability to communicate effectively and exchange accurate information.
