We are seeking a highly qualified Literacy Program Developer to join our team at Lincoln Intermediate Unit No. 12.

About the Role

This position will involve designing and implementing literacy programs for nonpublic schools, assessing students in need of remediation and support. The successful candidate will work closely with school staff to ensure that students receive high-quality instruction and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement literacy programs for nonpublic schools
  • Assess students in need of remediation and develop targeted interventions
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement effective instructional strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Masters degree preferred
  • PA Reading Specialist PK-12 certification required (or willingness to enroll in program and obtain emergency permit)
  • PA Instructional Certification in Elementary Education PreK-4 or K-6 required
  • 3 years teaching experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
