The City of Winchester Virginia is seeking a highly motivated Property Custodian to join our facilities management team. As a Property Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties, including offices, warehouses, and other facilities.

Your duties will include cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the property, operating various pieces of equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and mops, and providing exceptional customer service to visitors and staff. You will also be required to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals.

We offer a competitive salary package, which includes a starting salary of $35,400. In addition to your base pay, you will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.

Key Responsibilities:
