Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards, following our proven process to delight every customer.
  • Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Manage the team's schedule and drive safely, if assigned as a team lead.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with the necessary cleaning supplies.

Requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Complete a background check.
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 4:30pm.
  • Bilingual preferred, must be able to communicate with clients.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Compensation:

Make up to $19.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner. Benefits include paid time off, growth potential, paid training, and tremendous opportunity for tips.
