  • Evaluate health and nutritional status of shelter animals on a daily basis
  • Conduct examinations and diagnostic procedures for injured and ill animals
  • Determine treatment plans and need for continued care; administer medications and conduct routine health care procedures
  • Perform routine and complex technical emergency and surgical procedures

A valid veterinarian license to practice veterinary medicine in the State of Utah is required for this position. We prefer candidates with work experience in a low-cost clinic, high-volume spay/neuter clinic, animal shelter or rescue.
