This role also involves decorating Christmas trees, fluffing branches, and ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards before installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble holiday decorations, including tree garlands, and wreaths, following specific guidelines and quality standards
  • Decorate Christmas trees, ensuring they are visually appealing and consistent with design specifications
  • Fluff and arrange tree branches to create a full, natural appearance
  • Inspect holiday products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring high-quality standards are met
  • Work with other warehouse employees to meet production goals and standards
  • Perform other various warehouse duties as assigned
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience in warehouse or assembly role is preferred
  • Experience in holiday decorations or similar a plus
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality decoration assembly
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing
  • Exposure to various weather temperatures both hot and cold
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds at times
