Job Summary

As a Deli Supervisor at Restaurant Depot, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and evaluating the performance of Aisle-person/Stockers in the Department. Your primary goal will be to ensure friendly, efficient, and professional customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and train Aisle-person/Stockers in the Department
Ensure friendly, efficient, and professional customer service
Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Plan and prepare work schedules to include lunch and break times

Requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
