Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Supervisor to join our team at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa. As a Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Valet department, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Valet team, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.
  • Manage the flow of traffic, parking, and retrieval of vehicles, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Assist with guest complaints and concerns, providing a high level of customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Porte Cochere and Valet areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Bell and Front Desk, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Alcohol Awareness Card required.
  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to drive all Class C vehicles and limousines, including manual vehicles.
  • MUST adhere to all grooming standards, no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.
