About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join our team. The schedule is flexible between 3-4 days per week. The Mammography Technologist will be responsible for performing mammography screenings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mammography screenings in accordance with established protocols and procedures
  • Position patients correctly and ensure proper compression during mammogram procedures
  • Operate mammography equipment and perform quality assurance checks to ensure image quality and accuracy
  • Educate patients about mammography procedures and answer any questions or concerns they may have
  • Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection standards to minimize risks to patients and staff
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • New York State license in Radiologic Technology
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Bi-lingual in English and Chinese a plus
