Vounaki Beachclub Sailing Centre Ambassador

We're seeking a charismatic and experienced Flotilla Mate to join our team at Vounaki Beachclub Sailing Centre in Paleros, Greece. As a key member of our Neilson Active Holidays crew, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our sailing centre.

About the Role:

• You'll work closely with our Flotilla Skipper to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests, focusing on safety, enjoyment, and memorable moments.
• Maintain the highest standards of yachting and guest services, adhering to company procedures, local regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with local suppliers to source high-quality services and products that meet our guests' expectations.
• Effective communication is essential; you'll work closely with the Yacht Manager to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ambassadors of Neilson Active Holidays, you'll represent our brand proudly, embodying our values and passion for delivering exceptional holidays.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum RYA Day Skipper Practical or equivalent qualification - Essential.
• VHF License is desirable.
• Leadership experience and excellent communication skills are highly valued.
• A valid First Aid certificate is required; if expired, please identify a course covering RYA First Aid requirements via the RYA website.
• Mature approach, flexibility, and a willingness to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
• Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and safety procedures is crucial.
