Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Nurse to join our team at J Edward Staffing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.

Job Summary:

This Emergency Room Nurse position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and department efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and department activities.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New York.
  • 2+ years of experience in emergency nursing, with a focus on critical care and trauma.
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
