Role Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and service multi-vendor equipment at client sites based on assigned service requests and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Address and resolve performance issues with products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up with clients and Burroughs team members.
- Maintain tools and parts inventory securely and accurately.
Essential Qualifications:
- Technical interest or aptitude in repairing electronic and electro-mechanical components in complex machinery.
- A positive demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service.
- High standards of personal integrity and business ethics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient oral and written communication abilities.
- High School Diploma or GED required (an Associate's Degree is advantageous).
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Capability to lift and/or transport equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Previous experience with multi-vendor ATMs and cash automation systems is beneficial.
