Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
  • Food Presentation: Weighs and measures designated ingredients, carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from work stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
  • Food Service: Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service, resolves customer concerns, and relays relevant information to supervisor.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils, ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures, and assures compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Prior food service worker experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
