Senior Driller

We are seeking an experienced Senior Driller to join our team at Cascade Drilling, LP. This role requires a skilled individual who can operate drill rigs and drilling equipment with high proficiency.

• Operate complex drill rigs and drilling equipment with high precision
• Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure equipment remains in good working condition
• Train and mentor junior crew members to improve overall team performance
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, including daily reports and equipment maintenance
• Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism within the team
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations

The estimated salary for this position is $24.00+ per hour, plus benefits including paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, project-based bonuses, and reimbursement for attending CDL Training School. We offer the opportunity for travel, with 80% of the time spent within the Southeast region.
