Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Altercare Canal Winchester in Canal Winchester, Ohio. As a Receptionist, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, serving as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare setting, possess strong communication skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive patient information and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide reception services, including answering phones, greeting patients, and responding to inquiries.
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflows.


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a reception or administrative role.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
